The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
