Was hoping to have an open discussion about home birth and a delayed vaccine schedule our baby due in April. The discussion was not open nor was it positive. Dr Chi responded to my questions by indicating that they have a very busy practice which indicated to me that this practice is only up for the families that are satisfied with assembly line healthcare. Additionally, she made it clear that if we chose not to vaccinate a child that was under their care, we would be asked to wear surgical masks every time that we came into the office. Just like second class citizens. All in all, if you're a family that likes to actually be educated about the care that your child is receiving, this practice isn't for you.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
