It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
