Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
