It is very hard to make an appointment. They have unncessary charges that even surprised my insurance. The doctor is uncaring. Not a very good doctor and I think he makes money referring you to the local hospital.

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
