I retained Dr. Carter 5 years ago and considered him to be a good doctor. My appointments were prompt and on time and the staff was friendly. Since it has become the Gleneagles Medical Center is now unbearable and I will not be back. The staff is rude. The waits are impossible. The doctor is rushing people through as fast as possible and seems to resent answering questions. It is near impossible to schedule an appointment now.

If you want a doctor that is uninterested and a staff that is rude and understaffed this is the place for you. If you need medical care I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.
