It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I was kept waiting nearly 90 minutes after my appointment time before I saw Dr. Phillips. I was referred to him by another clinic for an annual pelvic exam/PAP smear. He handled me roughly during the exam, gave me no warning when inserting instruments, and let me leave the office without telling me the procedure had left me bleeding profusely. I discovered my clothes were soaked with blood only after I arrived at work, having gone directly from the office to my job. I had to return home and change clothes. I wouldn't recommend this OB/GYN to my worst enemy.
