I had been to my GP 2 or 3 times & prescribed antibiotics. The GP said they could do nothing more for me and referred me to a pulmonary doctor who prescribed antibiotic, sent me for CT scan. CT scan showed every sinus cavity infected and referred me to Dr. Paparone. This was over a period of about 3 months. Dr. Paparone cleared up my infection within 1 week & 1 prescription. Office was easy to locate and staff was very nice. Appointment was right on time, so long waits.

I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
