There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
