They are extremely reliable and my appointments do not get cancelled last minute. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always really helpful . They always fix my glasses quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when there is a need. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
