They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
