I started seeing Dr Blumer when my 1st son was born. Dr. Blumer ignored my sons inconclusive hearing tests for the first 3 years (4 tests) of my sons life. At 3 years old, I finally got sick of the "inconclusive" hearing tests and found out (myself) what had to be done to get a conclusive test. My son has now been wearing hearing aids for 3 years. He has had 3 years (so far, and many more to come) of speech therapy and OT. Dr Blumer should have noticed this kind of stuff within the first 3 years of my son's life. In addition to this, I had also called his answering service 3 different times in the middle of the night and DID NOT get a return call. HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS PRACTICE! If you want what is right for your child, please stay away from this Dr! (and also stay away from his past partner in Bristol.)

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was very disappointed to see how rude they were to first-time mothers. Every time a first-time mother asked a question, they rolled their eyes and seemed extremely annoyed. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.
