As you walk in to the office Lisa greats you and chats a bit while she starts the insurance probe, has anything changed since your last visit? She checks my insurance and collects my copay. "After completing our business dealings and in a short time with no delay. She walks me to the exam room being friendly and chatting all the way, shortly after that Dr. Hornby enters and commences his exam and chats with me as he is doing his thing.

At the completion of my exam and during it, he will explain to me the good, the bad and the ugly, he answers my questions and I depart.

What I just described is an outstanding representation of what all Dr. visits should be. No waiting, no sitting around with time to read an old magazine.

This is a great office and it needs nothing but praise but, maybe a cappuccino machine… :o)

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
