This office double (and sometimes triple) books their appointments to combat no-show rates. Nearly every appointment with Dr Conrad Collins resulted in waiting up to 2 hours before being taken into an exam room, at which point there is usually another 30-45 minute wait. Front desk staff offers "Yeah...he's running a little behind" every time. There have been a few occasions where I have had to r/s my appointment due to waiting for a couple of hours and not being seen, but having to leave to pick up kids from daycare.
