I am not happy with Dr. Kaplan. I have waited, on several occasions, longer than an hour past my scheduled appointment. Several of the other doctors patient wait no more than ten minutes. I have witnessed this on many occasions. At my last visit after an hour of waiting in the waiting room, the nurse brought me into the examination room, only to leave me sitting for 15-30 more minutes by myself. The horrible part is the paper thin walls which allow for the conversation in the next room to reverberate in the room you are in. If they were talking about the injury of the other patient, that would be fine, but that is not what they were talking about-they were "shooting the breeze and talking about a recent move, etc. This went on for 20 minutes...After all of my wait, Dr. Kaplan spent less than 10 minutes with me, giving me no real answers or follow up appointment, only sending me away-returning to the other room with the patient he had been talking to before. I can't believe I had to pay a 20 co-pay for almost an hour and a half for an 8 minute doctor visit that gave me NOTHING. I had surgery in April of 2012, and my knee issues are still going on. He seems as if he is blaming me or not believing me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
