They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
