Dr. Doan is excellent with her patients, she stays on top of everything you need and then some. She takes the time to listen and make sure that not only are you up to date with test she puts in for, but also that you stay up to date with all your other testing. Her office is very professional but also very kind, they go above and beyond when it comes to meeting the patients needs. Dr. Doan also keeps in contact with your other physicians so that the communication is always there to serve you the best way she

I had gone to see this dr because of excrutiating back pains. My Cobra insurance had messed up on their billing by $8.00 a month for 2 months. The dr's office had contacted them to verify coverage, and I paid the difference on the spot via an electronic bank transfer. I thought I was all set, but to my dismay, they WOULD NOT SEE me on that day, because they wanted to make sure that my insurance was valid.
Needless to say, I would never go back to this doctor, nor would I ever recommend her to anyone.
