They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The doctor did not sign a form that I needed to get re-imbursed for the visit or my new eyeglasses. When I confronted him about it he was very childish and rude. I also had to wait over an hour to be seen.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
