It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I found a parking spot right away, and close to the entrance. Their staff was respectful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They did not dismissed my concerns and took my concerns seriously. I was not rushed, the physician did not give the impression of being pressured by time, making the visit a stress free event.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
