I don't usually write reviews, but my experience differed so much from the prior negative review that I thought I should. Mark Sanford was perfectly pleasant and professional when I saw him. I don't know if he or the previous reviewer was having a bad, but my experience was very different.

When I visited this Audiologist for my hearing test he barely muttered a hello. Did not shake my hand nor introduce himself. He led me back to the sound chamber area and without explanation tried to slap the headphones over my hears.

At this point I had to stop him, explain my hearing issue and what I wanted to accomplish. He listened, but didn't ask any questions or comment. He also didn't even check my ears for was build up. He just really wanted those headphones on my head, so I let him put them on and we did the test.

Afterwords he offered a meager amount of feedback and then led me to the front desk. No thank you. No handshake and no goodbye. I paid my $95 and by the time I looked up, Mr. Sanford was gone.

Won't visit again.
