Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, right next to the McCall Hospital, in the Allen Nooks Bldg. He is there every other Wed. and has his primary office in Boise. I didn't have any trouble at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. He is no longer on Dienhart.
