Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was very easy to get an appointment with them. I know I can always count on them to get me in right away. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were the most polite, respectful surgeon I've ever met. It made me want to return even more. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
