Dr. Williams was cordial and helpful. The office had a positive atmosphere. The staff was very helpful but there was confusion about records - not sure whose error it was (possibly another doc's office).

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
