Kwong comes across as rude and mean! He doesn't explain anything about your condition. He will only tell you what he expects for example: If he is treating you for something he will first start off by putting you into a cast and tell you not to walk on it, that's it nothing else said. Then he will sign you up for a 2 week appt..No after care instructions except "don't walk on it or drive. When you return he will remove the cast and state to the patient "I hope your workers comp pay for your brace" While standing at the receptionist window she has no clue about a "permission from workers comp and she makes me another 2 week appt. and send me out of the facility about 4 doors down without any protection on my injury to a place where they put braces on the injury. Following up with the brace appt. I did not have a long wait in the waiting room but I did have a long wait in the patient room! When he finally comes in 15-20 min. later Kwong states"Oh they paid for the brace....Then he rudely tells me to take the brace off and pushes around the injured area and ask "does that hurt" all while he would be pressing in the wrong area...others areas around the injury did hurt. Then he takes you back to get an x-ray tells you to go back to the room and comes in and tells you that "it looks good but you should have been looser by now?" Then tells you to come back in about 2 weeks........No therapy info. No type of instructions, just come back.
Peter C. Kwong days as a orth. are over because he does not care about his patients especially if they use workers comp. He's mean, arrogant and I would not recommend anyone to him especially if concerns healing.......
