They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern Imay have. I really like dr kefalas and his staff. I would recommend him to family an friends

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
