I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. Very rushed to move on to the next client. The waiting room here is spacious, however they schedule everyone at 9:00 so it is packed .They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The P.A. paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They have a very good professional reputation but so far nothing has changed other than my bank account.
