They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Dr. Palmer has done 5 knee operations on me and has done a wonderful job each and every time. I highly recommend him.
