The main thing is he is known as the very best hip replacement guy in western New York. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
