Was referred to Dr. Wong by our health plan for colonoscopy. Called to make an appointment and they refused to make an appointment by phone, said we must come in person and office is ONLY open Monday & Tuesday so I said I would be in MONDAY MORNING! Online site said they open at 8 a.m. So, I had to wait until the next week and arrived at office around 10 a.m. and found it CLOSED! Note on window said open 1:30 p.m. maybe! I called them & asked what was going on and the girl said that she was sure I was told their hours which is total B.S. She said I would have to come back after 1:30 p.m. or Tuesday after 8 a.m. What kind of doctor has these hours, doesn't inform patients of the hours before hand, and refused to make appointments on phone and requires patient to drive all the way to their office? I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had Dr.Wong for my primary for almost 2yrs., hoping I could get answers and/or some relief for horrific pain, and what seemed to be a blockage, causing me not being able to eat.,He cancelled me, I asked for copies of records, and found so many lies, life altering diagnosis he never mentioned, Symptoms he said he checked, he never did, reasons for my visits, clearly mis stated, I had had cancer yrs. earlier, and one diagnosis is Barretts esophagus which can lead to cancer, I had asked him about that before the test, and he just kept saying I had indigestion? Never told me results, he just cancelled me, did not even refer me or? I am now looking for a lawyer to suit him. Rating should be in the minus.
