Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Last but not least, it has happened several times that they cancelled appointment without proper announcement. It was time wasted showing up at the office just to be told that it had been cancelled (they claimed they called and left a message but I never received it).

The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome.
