I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I have had a horrible experience with Dr. Machiko. He was a complete waste of my time and money. I came out in worse condition then I went in. He seemed semi-nice before he made his money off of me with his endoscope procedure. After he made the money he was done with me. He only knows how to prescribe you a life long sentence of antacid use. If you try to ask him questions about handling GERD with out the dangerous long-term use of antacids he will not answer them or provide you any assistance. He doesn't care about you as a patient, only about the money he can make from you. He acted annoyed I brought my well behaved daughter with me to the appointments. She was playng with a quite toy and he kept giving her annoyed looks. He referred me to another GI doc after he made his money off me. He will not give you your endoscope and test results until you go in for a 2nd appointment. He really could care less about you as a patient.
