I scheduled an appointment weeks ago to check a lipoma Dr. Hall checked two years ago. I waited 45 minutes, was then hustled in by a girl in her early 20's ( nurse practicioner ) and was asked a ton of personal questions. I was shocked that my file was not pulled. I have been a patient for a long time. All the answers were in my records. She was a motor mouth with no knowledge of proper patient doctor communication. She started scheduling a colonoscopy (I was not there for that) and then shuffled me into an office and told me to take my clothes off for a rectal exam!!!I was not there for that!!!I did not take any clothes off need I say and she gad t h e stethoscope on my back in the wrong spot listening to my lungs. At this point I was shaking and hyperventilating. ..she said she had to take my blood pressure! Can you imagine? At this point it would have been through the roof! I asked her to please get Dr. Hall. I was shaking! An office manager came in to lecture me ...she told me that in order to be a nurse practicioner you go to medical school!!!! Omg!!! I had a higher degree than a nurse practicioner needs!That was a lie! She said I would have to reschedule to see Dr. Hall. Needless to say that I nor my husband or relatives and friends will be returning to Dr. Shirley Halls circus ever again.
