They explained all the risks and benefits of my clients' treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about doing home teaching about their treatment plan. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best individual team I've seen in the area. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of my client and their family. I had a great experience. I am going to refer anyone I feel will benefit. They also have treated me, a pediatric home nurse, with the utmost respect and made sure I had all the information and tools I needed to carry off, seamlessly the plan of care. I don't remember hearing music, so... it must not have been annoying! May I add ... Gayle Higgins is THE best ... she always has been there for my clients, at all hours, extremely skilled and knowledgeable, i can not say enough good things about her!
