I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was worried that my procedure was going to hurt, but they were very careful. I didn't experience any pain, and I felt a million times better when I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One of the reasons I think they're so fantastic is because of how flexible they are with their appointment times. I'm able to schedule an appointment that works with my schedule without having to worry about missing work or canceling any of my plans.
