Dr. Ruiz is an excellent doctor. I'm fairly young and was nervous at first but he made me feel comfortable. He spent a good amount of time with me unlike other doctors that only give you 5 minutes of their time. This is the second time I visit him. The first time I went to see him he gained my trust with his honesty. He could have easily made more money out of me and the insurance company but he did the right thing and took a conservative/right approach and my health issue resolved on its own. Yes he has a lot of patients but it's probably because he is the best urologist!

Dr Ruiz is a great doctor but lately he has more customers than what he can handle. They have cancel my appointment twice, and they don't want to reachedule until 6 to 7 months apart that sucks. It seems like his patients are not important to him but only to fill out his appointments. I have passed 10 kidney stones in the past 9 months and can't still see him due to his cancellations. They should make the cancel app a priority. Horrible service now not the same as before... I will have look for another Doctor and start al over again which will cost money and time.. So before going to Ruiz look for some other doctor that cares..
