I waited 2 hours and finally left, after someone eventually said "the doctor got in late." It's a small waiting room with no privacy at the desk. They offered an electronic pad to enter info, which was great, but an elderly patient got little and very grudging help and was criticized for how he handled it. "Learn to do it cause you'll have to use it every time." I never got to see the doctor so I can't judge him, but the set up and the staff person at the desk leave much to be desired.
