Doctor Gmerek and his staff make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel important. There was lots of available parking at their office in Rochester. I have also had appointments at their clinic in the village of Geneseo and even though the parking area is smaller than the Rochester location, I have always been able to find a space during the time of my appointments. Dr. Gmerek and the staff persons are very considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always appropriate and completely unbiased. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
