Their staff was friendly, It was the doctor I had the problem with. He didn't go out of their way to help me. He were a little too unfriendly and he seemed his main thing was to push vitamins and products more than to do what a podiatrist does.. He didn't seem too interested in what I had to say, especially after I wasn't interested in the extra stuff he was trying to push. The doctor rushed through cutting my nails and cut them way too short. He cut my big toe while he was cutting too. I am a diabetic and I would have thought he would be more careful. This is the day after my visit and my toes still hurt where he cut my nails. I have a nail fungus on my big toe and he never mentioned it or recommended any treatment for that.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
