They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
