This is the most amazing pediatrician.. My children have been with her since two years old.
Do we have to wait sometimes, yes, but it is so worth it. She is thorough beyond any other pediatrician I have encountered. Maybe that is why she might run late for appointments. She knows each and everyone of her patients. She cares beyond a normal doctor. She becomes part of your family with care that is beyond the gold standard. If you want an in and out, unpersonal doctor then go somewhere else.
If you are willing to wait a bit and have someone who KNOWS your children then Dr Shah is for your children!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I visit this doctor I had a bitter experience. I visited her 4-5 times and the wait time was always close to an hour. When I asked about this one of her staff was so rude and replied that she waited at her doctors office for 2 hrs. If she had that much time she can wait but That was rude on her to answer like that. Very disappointing. Never can recommend this doctor.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
