Their office is decent, but with kids around, they just left all paper and magazines everywhere. The staff never both with anything. You can just stand there at the window to ask a questions after waiting for 45 mins past your appointment and they don't even care. Even after all that, they then tell you that you can only get half of treat or vacinations, and have to come back again in a week. Even though they already stamped the date, charged you and your insurance. Then when that times comes, they lock the door on you. I would not recommend them to other parents.
