I will no longer take my children to this pediatrician. While service in the past has been great, the office staff has become incorrigible. When I ask for an appointment with the doctor instead of the physician's assistant, they act like I'm getting a special treat because "you know, it's a privilege to get an appointment with Dr. Andy). Their billing practices are confusing at best. I have three children, and they send me three separate bills at three separate times of the month that all look the same. When my mother took my son to the doctor a couple of weeks ago, they threatened to take my mother to prison if my bill wasn't paid (all $80 of what was left). I told her not to pay the bill because it wasn't her place to do so, but she said they refused to see him until it was paid. I was at work. I will now have to take my children out of town to a pediatrician as the office practices of this one have become atrocious.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
