I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They make me schedule appointments if necessary. She really cares about children
My daughter was a patient of Dr. Khan's for 4 years and over the course of those years, we frequently waited more than 45 minutes past our appointment time to get into an exam room. Several times, we showed up for an appointment only to find the office closed and locked. However, I ignored these inconveniences because Dr. Khan's major problem seemed to be that she cared too much, often spending upwards of half an hour on her appointments. Recently though, she or her staff lost record of my daughter's yearly physical and claimed I had brought her, not for a physical, but for a rash (despite the fact that she had done a UA, a hearing exam, a scoliosis screening, given her vaccinations, and scheduled an EKG to check her heart murmur). They refused to fill out her school physical form unless I brought her back in for another physical, which I grudgingly agreed to. When I insisted they not charge me my co-pay, the situation took a turn for the worse with the office staff becoming increasingly snotty. When I asked to talk to the Doctor, she refused. I made the appointment anyway, but several minutes later, the office staff called me back and told me they were canceling the appointment because of my attitude and that Dr. Khan would no longer treat my daughter. We had been in good standing with this Doctor for 4 years and they kicked us to the curb in 4 minutes because I didn't want to pay a $10 co-pay for an physical my daughter didn't need and we had already paid for. I would not recommend this doctor.
