Person in front office is unprofessional, rude, and I don't feel comfortable.. She is rude, unhelpful and unfriendly to say the least. Have been there 3 times. Each time she awful to me and other patients. Have no idea how she still has a job. This is all within ear shot of Dr. And other staff. I Will change Dr.s As soon as I can find one. I will try to tell people not to go to him. I work for a Dr. In the area..

David C. Seltzer is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. He is very rude. He was always screaming at me. He is does not care about his patients. He goes from room to room to see a scheduled patient.
He does not return phone calls.
First he practiced in Tarzana, CA, Then West Hills, CA and now he is in Santa Maria,
I would think he would want to retire by now.
