I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
