Wonderful staff and physician. Dr. Faisal is kind and knowledgeable--he listens and is vigilant without being alarmist. He is not in anyway dismissive and truly seems to care about helping people. His staff has also been incredibly helpful in helping me navigate the health insurance system. Also, they are unique in that when need be, they have a waiting list and will contact you if an appointment opens up. It is wonderful not to have to call on a daily basis to see if something has opened up. They are among the best I have seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the neurologist.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
