Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. However, getting a hold of him is next to impossible. Never can call him or staff directly, always have to leave message, no one returns calls even those about changed conditions or test results, mailboxes often full so can't even leave a message.
