One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I really dislike this doctor. Mmy ex-husband has neurological problrems and after being in her care for over 2 years, she mistakenly filled out out that he was short term disabled instead of long term, and all the paperwork got thrown out and we start over again to get him in home care. he has been SSD for over 2 years plus fought Prudential, the LTD insurance he had at work when he got sick and was awarded long term disability, she included the $1,000 in depth newurological test that another spewcialist had done and yet she can't fill out correctly a simply form stating that his disability is long term. I can't tell you disgusted we are with her. we did not like her care before, not willing to do any tests, had to ask for things. She lost the results from the sleep study when he had top stay overnight! She is so out of her league. And for all this, my ex-husband had to pay out of pocket $100 each visit for this poor crappy care! Shre is terrible! do yourself a favor and get a different neoroligist like we are doing after wasting almost 2.5 years with her ineptitude!
