He may be the best doctor available - but he is not board certified in Infectious Diseases. Also the wait times are unbelievably long, with some waits exceeding 2 hours. His office staff is totally inept! When I called for my first appointment I was given a date/time a month away; when I arrived I was told I was "not entered in their appointment schedule and they had not rec'd any of my medical records even though I know they had been faxed by my dr's office. Then at my 'rescheduled' appointment they told me I was a 'no show' from the previous day despite having a card in my hand indicating I was arriving at the right day/time. No apologies whatsoever from this totally unprofessional staff. On my second visit, the small and uncomfortably warm waiting room was so crowded there wasn't even a chair to sit on much less an inch of space to stand. Needless to say I will not be going back there
