I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

I have been to over 20 doctors for my current condition, and Fromlak is by far the worst. I walked out of her office.

She didn't listen to my questions, was condescending, rude, and arrogant. She told me several times, "I am the physician" and told me she couldn't help me with any of my issues (like needing birth control or the results of my blood test) without giving me a pelvic exam.

She also said that I probably have endometriosis (I have some pain around my cycle) and when I asked why, she said because of my age. I asked if she could tell if I had this by giving me an exam, and she said no, going on to sarcastically say that she would have to perform surgery to be sure. When I argued that I had already had my annual exam with another physician this year, she yelled that I had to get this exam, needed birth control, and to put on the gown, she'd be back in a few minutes.

I made my appointment with the other physician in the office, and ended up with Fromlak. The reason I made my appointment *specifically* with the other physician was because the woman referring me said, "Make sure you don't get Fromlak, she is AWFUL". If only I had asked for the other physician as soon as Fromlak introduced herself....
